Free Hot House Yoga Class

Jimmy at Hot House Yoga has offered to give a free hot yoga class to VFD employees!
All VFD Employees are invited to Hot House Yoga in the West End (9665 W. Broad St. across from Costco) for a FREE hot yoga class Saturday, January 21st from 2:45-3:45. Please arrive early.
Details: All participants should arrive by 2:30 at the latest. It is important for the class to start on time. Please bring a thin yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, you may rent one for $3.00. This is a “hot stability” class, great for beginners or experienced participants. *Sign-ups will be on the Wellness board the first week in January.
