Dr. Paige Turner Holbert was born and raised in Kinston, North Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Furman University in 1997. For two years after college, she worked in Colorado and Utah, both as a ski instructor and a wilderness therapy guide before returning back to NC to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She met her husband, Mike, during dental school and they returned to the west coast after graduation for her to complete her general practice residency at the University of Washington in Seattle. After a year of private practice, they moved to Connecticut for him to complete an orthodontic residency while she continued in general practice for 3 more years. In 2008, they moved to Virginia for her to complete her two year endodontic residency at Virginia Commonwealth University and have found their home here in Richmond.
When she is not seeing patients, Dr. Holbert loves spending time with her family and two wonderful boys. They live in Richmond within walking distance to the James River Park system and love to take advantage of the Buttermilk and North Bank trails for biking and running. She is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Society, Richmond Dental Society and Richmond Association of Women Dentists. She is also is an Adjunct Faculty member at the VCU/MCV School of Dentistry in the Department of Pediatrics.
