Happy National Dental Hygiene Month! Taking care of your teeth should not be a chore. Your teeth allow you to chew your food, smile nicely, and aid in speaking. Taking care of your oral health is also taking care of your general health. So brush and floss your teeth daily.
As the saying goes, “Be true to your teeth or they will be false to you!”
Brush and Floss
I didn’t brush or floss today,
Or the day before.
I stopped taking care of my teeth,
I didn’t want them anymore.
I am now wearing dentures,
Which I can take in and out.
And when I feel like brushing them,
I do it outside my mouth.
If you don’t brush and floss,
You will lose your teeth.
Then you too will wear dentures,
Just like me.
