Dr. Richard M. Marcus is the Orthodontist at our West End Specialty Center on Three Chopt Road in Short Pump. Dr. Marcus is a top 1% Invisalign provider. Providers with this designation have treated at least 800 Invisalign cases total and continue to perform a minimum of 200 Invisalign cases per year.

Meet Dr. Richard Marcus
Richard Marcus was born in Austin, Texas, and raised in Vestal, New York. He traveled to Union College in Schenectady, New York, where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Biology. Dr. Marcus then came to Richmond for dental school where he graduated Cum Laude from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry. Dr. Marcus moved to Detroit, Michigan, for his specialty training in orthodontics.
Dr. Marcus earned a Certificate in Orthodontics as well as a Masters Degree in Orthodontics from the University of Detroit-Mercy. Following his specialty training, Dr. Marcus returned to Richmond.
Dr. Marcus’ hobbies include skiing, soccer, and golf, but most of all he enjoys spending time with his three sons, Jacob, Adam, and Mitchell.
