Virginia Family Dentistry is currently offering a sign-on bonus of up to $5000 for full-time Registered Dental Hygienists who join our team in the Richmond area. Hourly rates for Registered Dental Hygienist positions within the company start at $48/hour. We are currently hiring for full-time, part-time, and temp positions at many of our locations.

Virginia Family Dentistry is a multi-specialty dental practice serving the greater Richmond area. The practice was founded in 1974 by Dr. Baxter Perkinson, now retired. Virginia Family Dentistry’s collaborative team approach provides patients with the most comprehensive dental care possible. We are a team of more than 450 dental professionals who serve generations of families throughout Central Virginia.
We have stayed a private dentist-owned practice since our founding, and have grown to 17 locations with over 70 general dentists and dental specialists. Although we are a large, our individual locations have their own personality, pace, and style. As your life and schedule changes, you can find the right office and location to meet your needs!
I chose to work for a large practice because they’re able to keep my schedule full, and I don’t have to worry about that. I have a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. They provide my scrubs, my CE courses, and my license.
