General Dentist at Virginia Family Dentistry Short Pump | Practicing Since 2020

He attended the University of Virginia, earning an undergraduate degree in Biology with a Drama minor. He spent most of his time as a Wahoo with a student-run theatre organization called First Year Players. 

Dr. Guh received his dental degree from VCU School of Dentistry in 2020. His favorite dental school memories are providing dental care in areas of need, serving people nearby in Southwest Virginia through free clinics and Virginia Dental Association’s Mission of Mercy Projects and abroad in Jamaica. After dental school, Dr. Guh continued his dental education in more advanced and specialized procedures through a General Practice Residency at the VA Medical Center in Richmond. During residency, he was humbled to give back to America’s veterans and help develop his skills to provide more comprehensive care for his patients. 

His areas of interest and expertise include complex restorative procedures, dental surgery, dental implants, and sedation dentistry. Dr. Guh is an active member of the American Dental Association and Virginia Dental Association. He loves being able to help and connect with the patients in his community.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Guh enjoys spending his time with his wife, their daughter, and their dog. They enjoy exploring the Richmond food scene and travelling as much as they can with a young family! They are still avid theatregoers and are season ticket holders for the Altria Theatre’s Broadway in Richmond series. Dr. Guh loves games of all variety and enjoys good healthy competition whether it be sports, board games, video games, or trivia.
